Ryan Prince founded the international branch of Realstar Group in 2002 with the vision of making Realstar the most trusted owner and operator of the places our customers call home. Assistant General Manager - London (Southall)

This role will play a key part in the management of a residential rental development with communal facilities that include a co-working lounge and gym.

With the direction and support of the General Manager, the Assistant Manager will drive effective marketing and leasing, efficient administration, expense control, income maximisation, and training of support staff to always deliver the UNCLE-style excellent customer service.

Maintenance Operative - London (Elephant & Castle)

This role will support facilities management and within a large residential rental development with communal facilities that include a coworking lounge, gym, gardens, movie room and car park.

The Maintenance Operative is responsible for delivering an efficient maintenance service that meets residents’ needs and delivers the UNCLE-style excellent customer service.
